Hi , just wondering on what brand oil filter to use on my 2007 V6 mustang. I have always changed my own oil and have used mobile one filters for the last few years. Should I use the Motorcraft filter just for the warranty concerns or use my aftermarket favorite. Thanks for any replies !

Yes while its under warranty I would Stay with the Motorcraft . If something happened to your engine that would be the first thing they will point to .

I agree, if it is under warranty stick with motorcraft. Once your car is off warranty go with your favorite brand.

Very true. Most companies will try to get out of warranty work any way they can.
