Default Need help in locating control modules

Hey all!
I have what may be a stupid question. I have been trying to track down a problem with my 2000 Coupe (V6, manual, low miles) car and need some help. I tracked the issue to either a Constant Control Relay Module or a Powertrain Control Module. I have a donor car and swapped in what I thought was a CCRM but may have opted for the wrong module. The one I changed, which I thought was the CCRM was under the fender above the splash shield on the right hand side . In reading some repair manuals, I believe that the CCRM is located in the engine compartment (need help in finding this so any help is greatly appreciated) and the PCM is under the right fender above the splash shield? Is this correct? Swapping out the module under the fender made no change and I hope that I just read something wrong. Please help!

I did some online looking and by what I found the CCRM is under the air intake box(air filter). The PCM is inside the passanger side kick panel. You might have replaced the CCRM so look inside passanger compartment.
Location of PCM look for the '99-'04 mustang section on page14

Thanks a bunch for your help! The module you pointed out is indeed by the airbox, outside the engine compartment and it was the one I changed... Back to the drawing board!

Thanks again!

Well, the issues now are in the fact that the car runs perfectly (not a problem) but the fan nor A/C clutch pack engage. The fan will not fire no matter the temp but if I jumper across to the fan it works perfectly. The AC clutch pack will not engage with the switch on the dash but if I jumper it it locks and works fine. I was tracking wires and no wires are cut, bared ot missing. I was assuming it was the CCRM but was able to get one I knew works, installed it and no change. The next step is to replace the Performance control module but the car runs fine so I assume that isn't the issue. I do not know where to go next except to take a night job to pay for the dealership to look at it for me... Man, that sucks. Any ideas? To date, fan is original and good, wiring is good, CCRM module appears good, relays are good... The car was a total but should have never been. Bodywork and paint was easy but wiring is kicking my !*&$#(&^@.

Check for bad ground connections, and your A/C switch my be bad if you bypassed it with power.

Found the issue guys... If interested. Fan and AC clutch would not fire. Chased the problem around for days and finally got some good direction and found a bad low pressure relay on top of the AC accumulator that went out.. What a *****!
