If you are using a basic fog light kit, then all you need is the hot wire and ground wire and bolt the brackets outta sight and run the switch to your dash and mount it somewhere. You may need to drill a hole for the switch, or just mount it under the dash. Be sure that there is a fuse in the hot wire. If not, add one.

from my understanding all ur goin to need is this..

Foglight Mounting Hardware
Foglight Bulbs
OEM Foglight Switch(mounts in coinholder)
Foglight Installation Instructions

because our year models.. the 94/95 come prewired from the factory so that makes things a whole lot easier.. for us..

Jakes 1994 Mustang V6 Split Port Vert.. With just a little Go and Show -gone but not forgotten.

I just installed fog lights on my v6. The lights plug into the harness under the bumper and the is already factory wiring to plug the switch into.

The switch wires are inside the console right under where the switch is supposed to be.

Cool does that extend to the 98's since they share the same body style?

Question Access the anti theft illimination

What I am trying to do is access the anti theft wires so I can use that instead of the LED supplied by my alarm. Does anyone have a clue where I can fine it or how to illuminate the anti theft in my gauges?

Ok this was screwy my post got entered here sorry for that guys and disregard my last post. Now for this subject, I am also in the process of adding fog lamps to my V6 and so far I got the OEM switch connected to the harness and the relay installed. What seems odd to me is that the switch is not illuminated when I turn on the lights. I know I still do not have the lamps but I wanted to test and make sure my connecting were ok. So my question is do I need to have the fog lamps installed got get illumination from the switch? Would I get any other visible sign like in the dash or something?

By the way I have a 95 V6 so I know I am prewired.
