Default SCT Tuner In! 87 Tune, Have A Question About Using 93 Octane, 1999 Mustang V6

i just got my sct tuner and plugged it in with the 87 octane tune and the car felt better but i have the 93 perf tune and want to use it but i have like 1/6 of a tank of 87 octane gas. i was wondering if i filled the rest with 93 octane i could tune it to 93 or i have to wait till i use up the 87. i really want to feel the 93 tune! haha thanks

so my tuner is installed but when i click return to stock it says turn key on then it says incorrect vehicle. and when i go to put one of the custom tunes on from bamachips it says uploading stock or something then it says error reading file i think. i can do the preprogrammed tune. at one point it said i belive reflashing ecm or something then contact sct people. did my computer code get reflashed and therefore i can't use the custom tunes or is it something else? thanks
