Exclamation Heat Exchangers for all FORD supercharged Cars and Trucks

NEW from Velocity Turbo Systems.

We are now offering Full Race, Super Street/Strip & Factory Upgrade Heat Exchangers and Super Cool Packages for the Following Vehicles:

FR500CJ, FORD GT, 2003-2004 SVT Cobra, 1999-2004 SVT Lightning, Shelby GT500 and Saleen & Roush Stage 3 2-4Valve Mustangs.

All of the components including the Gaskets are available for purchase for any vehicle individually. If we don't have it we will make it. REMEMBER WE DON'T charge more for Custom! (some restrictions do apply)

Our New Heat Exchangers are the best Heat Exchangers available on the market. They are individually hand crafted in the USA unlike 90% of the other ones that are available. They also feature More options then any other unit out there. If one of our several standard sizes doesn't work for you the we will make one that will!

Remember WE DON'T charge more for Custom, because its what we do best! So don't hesitate to put your custom touches on any of the products that we offer. From Complete Turbo Systems to a set of our Heat Block Gaskets, it doesn't matter! (some additional charges may apply depending on the application)

Some of the Features that our Heat Exchangers have that other don't:

-They are available in 5 different thicknesses

-They are standard height and width for easy installation (approx 27"x7")

-They are all designed to accept our Exclusive High Performance 3-6" fan Shroud

-They all come standard with threaded bosses to give you the option of using our Exclusive Adjustable 4130 Aluminum Mounting Brackets

Some of the add-on's available:

4130 Aluminum Adjustable Mounting Solution

-These brackets are a MUST when you are trying to increase the ambient air flow to you Heat Exchanger.
-They also allow you to increase the air gap between you Heat Exchanger and Radiator.
-They also allow you to move you Heat Exchanger UP, DOWN, FORWARD & BACKWARD.
-This allows you maximum adjustment for Maximum Performance. By being able to move your Heat Exchanger closer to the bumper opening you are able to increase the flow of air through, not around, your Heat Exchanger which in turn will lower you Intake Charge Temperatures (IAT's)

3-6" Fan's with 4130 Aluminum Shroud

-Features 3-6" fans that we have made privately to our specs in Italy to ensure the highest performance
-The Aluminum shroud features yet another Velocity innovation. The shrouds feature 6 rubber Ambient Air Flow Flaps. These flaps allow Maximum Performance from the fans when they are on and also allows ambient air to flow freely through the Heat Exchanger when they are off.

Super Cool Packages

We are now happy to offer our Super Cool Package for most Supercharged and Turbocharged Cars & Trucks. (some of the following items may differ depending on the application)

Our Super Cool Packages combine all of our latest technologies in a "All-in-One" Package. Our standard Super Cool Package Includes the following:

-One of 5 different thickness Heat Exchangers described above
-One Aluminum Heat Exchanger 3 Fan shroud Package
-One Undercharger/Front Mount Intercooler that feature our 95% Efficient Core
-One set of our Exclusive Heat Block Gaskets. ** (The Gains and Advantages you get from these gaskets are, No more Heat Soaking of you Undercharger Intercooler which means a cooler denser charge into your cylinders. They also prevent your intake track from heating up, meaning your Cooler Charge Temps (IAT's) stay Cool instead of heating up as it passes through the intake, both before and after the Intercooler.)

**Our Heat Block Gaskets are the latest innovation from Velocity Turbo Systems Development Team. These Gaskets create a near impenetrable thermal barrier between all of the intake tracks surfaces. The Composite we developed blocks 500 times the Surface to Surface Heat Transfer of any other gasket material available! **

Do to the 100 or more different combinations please call for Pricing! Please be patient with us as we are in the process of updating our store. What kind of gains could one expect from a pullied/lightly modded 03-04 Cobra with your "Super Cool" Package? Also, what would you advise to go with if the owner plans on having a port done to the supercharger? Is a tune advised after install? And are you able to paint "SVT" on your heat exchangers? You can PM me, or if you prefer post it here for everyone to see.

I appreciate your time.

Great List of Questions!

I will be more than happy to answer them in here.

"1.What kind of gains could one expect from a pullied/lightly modded 03-04 Cobra with your "Super Cool" Package?"
1. The gains are determined based mainly on your set-up and results may vary with all of the different combinations available. Another huge factor is how you plan on running your car and under what conditions.
To simplify the 5 page list of possible examples I will generalize a little if you don’t mind. On a basic set-up, with let’s say a stage 3 port and a 2-4lb increase in boost it is possible to achieve 90+ percent efficiency. That means under standard driving conditions you would be able to achieve an Intake Air Temperature (IAT) that is 10 percent above the temperature outside, or ambient temperature. This could indeed change if there is poor air flow on the Dyno, if you are making back to back passes at the track or if you are just doing donuts for 20 minutes. The fans are there to keep the temps down during these conditions BUT if you are in 3rd gear on the DYNO at 8,000 rpm I don’t think that the fans will be able to match the amount of air that would be flowing through the bumper if you were on the street or track.
Now keep in mind if you ad our Reservoir (not listed in the thread) then it is possible to achieve Sub-ambient IAT’s with some ICE but without one of those and the addition of Ice or one of our additives it is literally impossible. Anyone that claims otherwise needs to go sign up for a Physics and Chemistry class at their local middle school! lol
Since every car and situation is different we will take the time to discuss the details of what you are trying to achieve and then we will give you our recommendation on the best combination to suit your needs. We will not put anyone in a situation where you will have to choose ALL or NOTHING. That is BS to me, not everyone that has a sick Cobra is Rich so we give you the option of deleting or adding anything you want to get the price to a point that suits your budget. I know you didn’t ask about that but I know someone will.

"2.Also, what would you advise to go with if the owner plans on having a port done to the supercharger?"
2. Now to your second Question. As I stated before we will walk you through the exact combo that we recommend for you set-up based on everything that you have already done and/or what you are planning to do.
With your build I would say that our Stage 2 Heat Exchanger with the Fan Kit and a Reservoir would be the only 2 upgrades you would need to add to the basic Super Cool Kit. That set-up will give you everything that you will need for street and strip. If you wanted to take it just a touch further then I would suggest letting us coat your lower intake while your blower is being ported and that will ensure that everything that is under your blower it done to the max, just in case you wanted to do a stage 5 port, some of our LT’s and a Monster pulley in the future. At that time all of your add-ons would be outside of the intake. Like our Progressive 100% Pure Meth Kit and stuff like that.

"3.Is a tune advised after install?"
3. As far as a Tune goes I always recommend getting your car tuned and depending where you are we will even recommend a shop that we know won’t mess your car up. REMEMBER just because they have a $20,000 Dyno does not mean they have any Idea what they are doing. Until they prove they are good, all that says to me is that they have good credit and a nice Fat Payment. Look at it this way, just because a person has a Ferrari does not mean they are a good driver or that they are smart with money. Really, they just spent $200K or more on a car that will get its ass handed back to it by any 03/04 Cobra with a few small Mods. P.S. they are all SLOW, my wifes turbo 5.0 is proof of that! Lol

"4. And are you able to paint "SVT" on your heat exchangers?"

4.Now that SVT on the Front is no Problem if you get the full kit. If you just want the H/E then it is Extra. They usually come with Velocity across the face.

When you are ready to put something together just give me a call and I will take care of you.

Thanks again for the great list of questions!!!!

Stephen
