Custom Heat Exchanger Fan & Shroud Package

We have now released the (3) Spal fan Heat Exchanger Shroud for the 2003-2004 SVT Cobra, Lightning, GT500, Saleen and any other Heat Exchanger Equipped car or truck.

The quality and performance of our Custom Shrouds are second to none. We have incorporated nothing less the highest quality materials and components available to bring you a beautiful and reliable cooling solution for your Supercharged car or truck.

Remember, if we dont have one that will fit you application then we will make one at no extra charge that will fit your application perfectly.

We are also coming out with several variations of Spal fan equipped radiator shrouds. Some of the designs in the works are:

-Dual stage (4) 9" Spal Fan shroud. Direct bolt on for FOX Mustangs and can be made to fit 95-08 Mustangs with very little modification

-Dual 11" Spal Fan shroud for All Mustangs

-Single 16" Spal Fan Shroud for all Mustangs

If you need something a little different, let us know and we will make what ever you need.

How much for one of these to go on an AFCO dual pass heat exchanger for an 03-04 Cobra (mounted on a 2000 GT with a Saleen blower kit) also what is the total amp draw on the fans?

We can make one to fit any style & size heat exchanger or radiator. If you need one to fit your AFCO we would need top have the H/E for a few days to make sure it fit exactly. However we understand that is not always possible and we can design it based on detailed pictures and measurements but that will come with a liability waver and a 50% deposit.

The total AMP Draw will depend on the the size and flow of the fans that we decide on, so I can't give you any numbers until we figure out what you need.

What is the typical cost? I am trying to decide on whether to buy one or fabricate one myself.

honestly it would be right around $300 if it was the same layout as the one of our Heat Exchangers. The Shroud would be different to make it fit your H/E but it would still run 3 Spal 6" fans. Considering the Gords Ford kit which only has 2 fans and no shroud cost $230 you really can't beat that price for 1 more fan and a custom shroud.
