Tremec T-45 or T-56

hey all. new to the forum and the "scene" here.
i'm just looking for a Tremec T-45 or T-56. a little info about where to shop for such things in the area ( MN- St. Paul/ Mpls.) would be splendid. This would be for a 99 Cobra.
or other suggestions for a new tranny would be cool too.
