Sal's Speed Shop is presenting the 5th all FORD/MUSTANG drag racing event at LACR in Palmdale. The event is to be held on Sunday, March 9, 2003. We are expecting upwards of 150 Fast Fords/Mustangs to race in 8 different classes, from heads up 10.5 slicks to grudge matches with brackets in between. $20.00 to race. $10.00 to watch. Gates open at 8 a.m. Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords plus 5.0 Mustangs and Super Fords will be covering the event. JBA Racing (San Diego) has just announced that they will be awarding the winner of the modular motor mustang class and the 5.0 motor mustang class a new set of their headers. Runner up for both classes will be awarded a new set of spark plug wires. See you at the races.
