Looking for good shop in Sacramento or Bay Area

Hello, Can anyone recommmend a good shop in Sacramento,CA or in the Bay Area ? I am going to have 4.10 gears,Catback system (which catback system to go with ?) And I will also need to get it chipped. I have around $2,000.00 to spend and would like to get the most HP for my $2K Any ideas ?? Right now she is a bone stock 2002 GT 5 spd and I just want to make it faster. Any ideas would be great
