Default Pro 5.0 Gears advice needed

Does any one have any info on these gears, been wanting to go 3:90 with my automatic but only ones I could find were Motive gears. Lot of disappointment with the Motives I guess they are very noisey. Any advice

I've heard that the Pro 5.0s are difficult to set up and are quite noisy too.
