Default Need Mustang-Oriented Service Store on SF Peninsula

I'm seeking recommendations for a good service store on the San Fransisco Peninsula (Burlingame to San Jose) to install Hawk brake pads on my '06 Mustang GT. I only have 11K miles on my car, but I think the stock brakes are pretty poor. I live in Menlo Park.

I sometimes used Apex Motorsports in Santa Clara, but they're out of business. I've used Maier Racing across the Bay in Hayward, and I like those guys, but they specialize in roll bars and suspension set up.

I just ordered Hawk HPS brake pads from Maximum Motorsports. The Hawk website has very specific instructions about how the discs should be inspected and serviced, and how the pads should be burnished and bedded in prior to use. I'm not sure my dealer (Towne Ford in Redwood City) will follow the instructions even if they agree to install the pads, since they don't like aftermarket parts. Apex sure didn't follow instructions when they installed my Saleen suspension, and were mad at me when I showed them how Saleen's instructions differed from what they did initially.

I just want a local Mustang-oriented mechanic who doesn't object to reading and following instructions,to install aftermarket parts correctly. I don't want my new pads screwed up. Any recommendations?

Sounds like maybe you should just do it yourself. Putting those on is real easy. Save yourself a few bucks also.
