Drag Racing get together in Southern California

Hi people,

I know I'm new here, seeing how it's my first post, But I'm trying to spread the word about an upcomming event taking place June 19th in Southern California.

The date has been set for July 19th at California Speedway.

Summer Nights

We have about a dozen people attending from various sites, V8's and V6's alike. I only started the thread this last Monday. I'm just trying to spread the word around a little more.

If you're interested, go ahead and post on this thread and I'll add you to the list.

Count me in !!! Now I have to hurry and get my car back together. I have never had it to the strip yet and am curious to see what it will do. That way I can have some times on paper before I do the engine rebuild. But either way, car or not, count me.

You and I are going for the same reason. I've never been to the strip with my car at the staging lines before either.

Sounds like fun! Don't know which night I can make it up there, but I am going to try and make it at least twice, each time with a different Pony. Thanks for the info.

Its too bad that there will be more the 250 imports there getting in the way. It sure would be nice if they ran a domestics only day

Rellik, if you want to get the word out faster then submit the event to our AFM Events Calendar which is syndicated and in use by a number of Mustang clubs here on the west coast.
