 AFM mechanics in San Diego with a lift?
Hey guys and gals,
I just moved to San Diego a little more than 6 months ago and I finally got my hands on my dream car!
I was wondering if there was a mechanic on this forum with a lift who could help me with some light modifications and share some of your experience with me. I would compensate you for your time and help, but I'm looking for more of a hands on experience and more than anything a fellow mustang enthusiast to share stories with and just get to know cars better.
When I had my first mustang I made friends with my local mechanic and I would bring the car down after hours and he would show me how to perform the work and I would help out here and there. I would give him the extra cash I had once in a while to show him my gratitutde and I ended up learning a lot while installing many parts I had accumulated here and there.
The first mods I want to do include installing springs, new shocks, struts, CC plates and some other suspension parts.
So if there's anyone out there that's interested in working on my car with me and showing me the ropes please send a PM!
