Default Seattleites..... Let's Cruise!!

How about meeting at the Burgermaster in Bothell at about 8 pm on Sat the 7th of Mar 2009 when the weather gets better. (If the weather sucks, then have fun people) but I just want to see a bunch of cars out there on a saturday evening like there used to be.

In the past, it was an unwritten rule, that there would be cruiz-in's all around King and Snohomish County. Burgermaster in Bothell was one, and the Burger King in Stanwood or lynwood (not sure) was another. Used to be in Everett, that we got together at the Herfey's burger joint, until they closed it down in 1999. Now there are just NO places that people get together..... I don't know why because we all still share the passion for our cars..... but we just don't collect like we used to. No drag racin..... no silly stuff.... just car guys gettin together to talk shop, and get stroked for their cars, and stroke others for theirs.

I will be at the Burgermaster in Bothell on Mar 7th 2009 at about 7:30ish pm and I hope others will join me. I'm gonna buy a burger/fries/shake, and look for other cool cars to pull up. DONT DISSAPOINT ME PLEASE. This is a tradition that we need to keep alive, or we all will become fuddy-duddy's. I don't want that.

Hopin to see some cars......

Chime in if you plan to be there.
Bill in Everett.

Looks like you may have to come out to California. We always have stuff going on somewhere.

Depending on the weather, I'll be there in either the '66 or the '07...perhaps even the '71 since I just found out (haven't even told hubby yet, and it's HIS car) that the mechanic is ALMOST done with it to be roadworthy (notice I didn't say road-trustworthy ). I LOVE LOVE LOVE cruises - anytime you want to meet up, just pm me!! Maybe we can switch between South End and North End?

I am game for a South End cruiz-in. Pick a date and time, and lets spread the word.

Let's leave it set for 3/7 since I already have that on my calendar . I'll also let the other members of Mustangs Northwest know - a lot of them are south-end people.

Did you know Pinks All Out is coming to Pacific Raceways 8/15??? We are SO there!!!

This is great, I've been looking for a cruise. Come on Snohomish County, there's a lot of Mustangs out there! It's on my calendar.

So far I have wrangled up about 10 people, and I figure with attrition, and no shows, that equals about 7 people. I will keep spreading the word, and we should have a pretty good turn out. I don't wanna over run the place, or they won't want us to do it again, but they certainly will not be upset with the extra bussiness that 15 or 20 hotrods and their drivers can create, by us buying food, and also by attracting lookey-loos who end up buying food as well.

If the weather's bad, we could just find a big, empty parking lot and make donuts...Wouldn't that be a sight to see?

I'm planning to be there, and a non-mustang friend may show up too, so you won't be all alone...
