Secratary: Hello thank you for calling Magnussen how may I help you?
Me: Yes, hi! I am trying to find out if you guys are a SVT dealer?
Secratary: Ummmmm....???? What's SVB??????
Me: SVT dealer, do you guys carry SVT vehicles?
Secratary: Ummmm......???
Me: This is Ford right????
Secratary: Ummm, what's SVT???
Me: Do you guys carry Cobra's????
Secratary: Ummm, let me find someone who can help you.

***HOLD***

Salesman: Hello, thanks for Holding
Me: Yes, hi! I am trying to find out if you guys are a SVT dealer?
Salesman: Ummmm......???
Salesman: what's SV......???
Me: Do you guys carry Cobra's????
Salesman: Ohhhhhhh! Yeah, but we are all out.
Me: Thanks, thats all I need. Good Bye.




Seriously, how dumb are people working in Dealerships these days? They sell them, but don't even know what they are. Not great help.

With all due respect - you have a mistaken impression of what dealerships do. They don't sell cars and trucks - they sell financing packages and overpriced services and parts.

Bwaaa ha ha ha Jon I hope at least you got a good laugh, god sometimes you feel you have to slam the phone on the table a few times out of frustration becasue the person on the other end cant understand english
