Dyno Tuners in S. Calif

Hey,

Has anyone had any experience with SoCal Tuning in Anaheim or Swanson's in Torrance? I'm looking to get the Lightning tuned.

They are right in the same area, just East of Knott's Berry Farm.

Swanson would be my choice for a Lighting. Danny has one, and has been very good at tuning them for years. I don't know about the other two, but you should not have any problems there.

Hey Ron, how ya been?

Yeah I call Danny the other day. It looks like I will be going to him to get a Flash Tuner from SCT, a 90mm SCT MAF, and to have him tune it all on the rollers.

I have to first pull the spark plugs and do a leak-down test on the old 5.4L. Just to make sure the 5.4L is in good shape. A new set of plugs and I'm down there.

So far so good.... Sounds like a good plan, I am sure you will like the results. Danny took me for a ride in his Lighting, and boy what a ride. The power he was getting out of that truck. Well, enjoy the tune.
