What would you guys think about starting up our own club for San Diego? The one's that I know of either have fees, weird members, or never have a set plan for meetings.

I would think somewhere in northern san diego would probably good for most of us, say Carlsbad? San Marcos? These neighborhoods are good for clubs because there are many areas to go to as well as there aren't too many people who will try to damage your car (keying, hitting, etc.)

If we do San Marcos, I have the perfect spot for meets. I know this may sound like I'm lazy and don't want to drive but the hill where I live is perfect for a barbecue, swimming, and some sports. I live in a gated community where we have a clubhouse and a parking lot that has about 50 parking spots total. We have access to tennis courts, a grassy field for volleyball, a swimming pool, and an area for grilling. It'd be perfect as well for a car show for every time we meet.

I'm website designing inclined so I could build a website for us to get more members as well as create a logo design. I would like to see this happen because I believe there are no 100% good mustang clubs in san diego, what's your opinion guys?

What would you guys think about starting our own mustang club? The clubs around San Diego are either expensive, have intolerable members, or are very unorganized with setting a time and place. I would much rather have a club from a group of people that I know are going to be good members, case in point, is when we had the San Diego AFM Cruise, I met three AFM members that are great people, PumpDoc, ReivaxTorres, and Spartacus as well as some guys from SVTperformance that we're kinda nutty to be honest lol. Let me know what you guys think because, if PumpDoc is in, we have use of Dalton's Roadhouse in San Marcos as well as an area to actually have the club meetings right by my house, I know it sounds lazy for me but might as well use the great resources we have right? I live in a gated community that has access to a clubhouse, pool, basketball court, tennis courts, and a field for bbq or volleyball. The parking lot is relatively perfect for a club's size there's about 50-60 parking spots total so we won't be taking up the whole parking lot I really want to know if people are interested because I'm having bad luck finding a good club around here!

I'm definitely down. Perhaps we could do a dyno day or a trip to Barona in the future!
