I'm in the same boat as you, no 1/4's around san diego. There is California speedway which is 2h5m north of La Jolla, one over by Fontana which is 1h50m north/east of La Jolla. There was Pamona, but i think it closed down.
We have an 1/8th mile in Lakeside which is east san diego tho, called Barona.
