Looks like its time for the 3.73's

While there are many shops that can properly install gears, I would go to either of the following Mustang Shops in Southern California because of their expertise in Mustangs and their solid reputations for doing quality work:

Chicane Sport Tuning Ask for Joe.
Xtreme Mustang Performance Ask for Eric.
Marlo's Frame and Alignment Ask for Marlon.

or visit our West Coast Service Shop Links for more shops in Southern California.

Good luck with those [i]Gears[/] .. you are gonna love them

I would go to XMP. They know there stuff and they have the best reputation on perfect installs.

I have had some good experiences with XMP, I would go to them. But for me money is an issue, who have the better price but still do the install right and keep me from that wine that my friends car has and I have also heard that an inproper install (ie backlash etc.) can cause premature wear. What do you guys think? How much can we expect to pay?

Im not sure, i dont work there. But you can call them @ 949-305-6550 ask for Erick he's the owner. As for me i getting a long tube header install on the 24th and the magazine will be there to photograph the install. Trust me if you cant afford them now WAIT!!!!! Dont make the misstake others had made with lower cost and shotty work.

I just bought my light bar from Eric. Really nice guy, took the time to explain things to me - and it turned out perfect!

Ok, changed my mind - Going to go with 4.10's instead.
Checked with Eric and Joe - They are about the same price. I will see who has the time to do it when I get the gears, as I have heard nothing but good stuff about both of them.
