Default what tire size to run on cobras

All right guys I have the 17x9 inch cobra r wheels with junk tires. I was just wondering what you guys running these wheels are using for tire sizes especially in the rear?. I have a problem with the rears rubbing in the rear wells. Also the front passengers wheel just about rubs on the strut cover. Does anyone else have this problem?.

What size tires do you currently run? Usually keep the fronts to a 235/45 in the front and you can get up to a 275/40 in the back. More than that, you can get rubbing.

Ask me why I ran "only" a 13.54.

Actually I do have the 275/40 in the rear. I'm guessing that on the strip that the launches mad alot to do with it especially the passengers side. I think I will bump down one size just in case. Thanks eagle.
