Default 17 X 8 cobra rims ? tire size

what is a good tire size to go with and not rub? I was thinking 235-45-17 is it to big or ok maybe 245 for the back?

That is a real good combo and u will not have to much road drift or at all with the 235's in the front, and 245's in back. U can go as wide as 265's on the back without taking the quad shocks out, but weird enough u will not have enough downward weight to keep the tires underneath u in the back in the rain; say 2nd gear starts uphill. If u do not care to much about road drift 245's are fine with a little drift, 255's will require rack stops from steeda to keep from rubbing and lots of road drift. Good luck on your choices this info is dead on for the fox body the sn95's-03 are pretty much the same.

I would go with 245/45/17 up front and a 255/40/17 out back. Or go with the 245/45 all the way around so that you can rotate the tires and wheels.
