Default wheel spacer question on my 2002 Mustang V6

Hey all, I currently drive a 2002 V6 mustang, manual tranny, ful exhaust, cai, 3.73 gears, auburn posi unit, custom tune..

Anyway, i was sick of my crappy stock wheels, so I went and got a great deal on a set of 05-07 mustang bullit wheels(245 for all 4 wheels). Anyway, I know the offset is different for the 05-07 wheels and i will need a spacer to make them fit my 2002. Does anyone know what size spacer I will need and does anyone know of a company that makes them in the hubcentric style? Also, are the wheel spacers safe for "Spirited driving" or racing(at the track, of course).

Also, if they require longer wheel studs, how much of a pain will it be to put on my old v6 wheels for winter use? (not sure if I will need longer studs yet......)

Lastly..if I need new studs..how muhc of a pain is it to replace the studs with the new ones and how much would a shop charge to put in the new studs(roughly).

Sorry with the barrage of questions, just want to make sure I get the right stuff.

Offset for 96-04 is 24mm, offset for 05-08 is 40mm so you need around a 16mm or .63 inch spacer. 1\2 inch spacer may be the closest you can find. You might need longer studs, not sure.

13mm and you will need longer studs.
