yeah a decent rim alone usally cost over 200 and mickeys are expensive if you buy them getem balanced

but how are they 10.5 inches wide if its on a 7 inch width rim

The sidewall will have a lot of roll over. Those 10.5's aren't recommended to go on those 7 inch wheels. They'll work, but you'd do better by putting them on some wider wheels.
