+24mm Off-Set vs +45mm on 05+ Hello all, was wanting to see if anyone has installed aftermarket 10” rims with the +24mm off-set in the rear and 9” with same +24 on the front without lowering. I am wanting to achieve that “old schoolish” look with the rear tires protruding outward slightly (about 1”) and the fronts coming flush with the fender. I am considering the American Racing Shelby Torq Thrust Type M (10 on rear, 9 on front) along with 295/45/18 Nitto NT555 on rear and 275/40/18 on front. I know that the websites recommend the +45 off-sets on 05+ models, but I am wanting a different look from the rest. Has anyone else tried this? Have pics? Is there any rubbing issues? Your help is much appreciated, thanks, Cheekie. |
