Default Tire size change - Going 20's =]

Alright, I've decided on a set of AR black rogues (20 inch) wrapped in diamond back tires.

I know abot as much about tires as I do about parachuting....nothing

There are 2 different sizes available. 20X8.5 and 20X10
Also, there are 3 different offsets, 30,35,41

As for the tires, I want to get 255/35-20 all the way around.

So the questions in order are...

1) Which size rim do I get, 8.5 or 10
2) Which offset do I get?
3)Are 255/35-20 fine? Will there be any rubbing?
4)I'm going to need a tuner to change my speedo right?
5)Are there any OTHER changes I'll need to make to my vehicle ?
ty in advanced =]

i know next to nothing but i do know you can get 20x8.5 up-front and get 20x10 to get a staggered look. I think Mr V has something like that with his 20's.

Yes you will need a tuner to modify your speedo for your new tire size parameters.

I doubt anything will rub because the stock tires are 255, and since you are not getting taller tires, just tires with less rubber between the rim and the road, i don't forsee a problem.

if you want 255 all the way around, 8.5's are what you'd want to buy. to know whether or not you'll need a tuner you can always measure the diameter from the ground to the top of the tire and if it's the same as stock you wouldn't need a change i don't believe. I'm not sure on your offset however

If you go with 20x8.5's you be safe to run the 35MM offset on all fours, really fill the wheel well. The 40mm offset would take the 20x8.5 inboard about a 1/4 inch and would still look and handle well.
You won't have to change the speedo with 255'35's,it the same overall diameter as stock application.

The wides rim you can put up front is 9". you could put the 10" in the back but unless you want a wider tire for the back just go with 8'5" all the way around
