Tires sizes for 1990 mustang

hey i have 1990 mustang and im looking for new tires and rimes for it..i want good traction but also good looks..more low profile and wide...and be DOT approved...whats the biggest tires you can fit on a stock mustang with only minor adjustments..like the lip on the fender bent in and spacers and all that stuff...give me some websites and sizes...thanks for ur help

I have 245-45ZR-17 tires on all 4 corners. My wheels are ROH ZR-6 that are 9" wide. Only rubs in reverse L/S turning right.

I have OEM 93 Cobra wheels up front with Cobra rotors, which are necessary to push the OEM wheels out. 245/45/17s there.

In the rear I have 17x8.5 93 Cobra replicas with 1/4" spacers, stock everything except no quad shocks (no fender rolling, inner fender massaged a little). Tires are Nitto 555s in 275/40/17.

No rubbing anywhere, and everyone tells me how much they like the Cobra wheels.
