Is this a good deal?

So i'm in the market for some new wheels/tires. I know I want the black fr500 tires and I came across this wheel/tire package, it sounds like a great deal. Let me know what you guys think.

My car is a 95 gt, and it is lowered with eibach springs. Are the nitto tires any good? And will the tires fit my car?
