Default tire question for you in the know!

So im going to get 20" wheels.... i found the ones i want its just a matter of time before i get them....however.... i would like to get some input from you guys that have more experience than about a few things:

1) the wheels come in 20x9 and 20x10.... do you think i should run 20x10 in the back and 20x9 front or run an all around all setup of either 20x10 or 20x9?
any downside to running either kind of setup?

2) what size tires should i get to run on these wheel???

thanks a bunch guys!!!

Well, I run 20x9 front 20x10 rear with 255/35/20 front and 295/30/20 rear. If you run the same wheel on all four you'd have to run 20x9s. 20x10 wont fit up front. Some like to run 275/40/20 up front and 285/40/20 rear or 275s on all four. Its personal preferance. I like the way my car set up with the combo I chose. Down side is you can't rotate the tires. What wheels did you pick?

I think the only downside is with the staggered set up not being able to rotate which was already stated. What are you looking to do with your car? Show, road race, drag...

thanks for the input.... i guess not being able to rotate isnt end of the world... tires are just going to go quicker.

i picked the alcoa shelby 20" wheels..... just gotta save up some more $$$ before i get em.... dont wanna be running around on 20's with no $$$ for suspension, lol....

do you have any shots of your car from the rear end sorta showing how wide the tires are? i looked in your profile didn't see any.... thanks

I would put a 275 on the 9" front and

Put a 285 on the rear
