Okay so its about time for new tires on all four corners.I am wanting to put as much rubber to the road as I can.Anybody know the widest we can go ??
Okay stock 17x8 wheels.Stock 245/45ZR17's,Thinking about 255/40Z17's
I want to keep the same size at all four corners,so,what would be the widest they could be ,without rubbing (steering lock-lock) at all?
I want the BIG Meaty stance ,without spacers or aftermarket wheels.
Key being I want the same size all the way around,withought any rubbing up front.
Any pics of your wide tires on stock wheels would help.

The biggest I see on 17's you can get is 275/40-17. I went to Discount Tire, Custom Wheels, Truck & Car Rims | Discount Tire Co. . Hope that helps.

Without rubbing at front with steering at lock left-right?
275's would be awsome.
