 1973 Mustang Mach 1 tire size question
I'm replacing the whitewall tires (yuck) that came on my newly purchased '73 Mach 1 with white letters, and wanted to know the best size and look for the car (factory 14 X 6 Magnum 500 rims). I think the factory used 205/70/14, I'm looking at 215/70/14 and a friend has some nice 215/60/14 I am considering (basically giving them to me at $20 each!), but didn't know if they would look too short / small for the car. Any ideas / thoughts, or what do you fellow Mach owners run? |
