You don't have to change anything if you get the right tires.

Check out the sites I listed and they will help you to size the tires. I think you will be looking for 245/45-17s all around for rims with a 17" diam and 9" width. You could also widen the back tire/wheel (since it doesn't turn) and still fit. In that case, the back should be a 275/40-17 with a 17" by 10" width rim.
Sizing the tire properly by going with a lower profile (aspect ratio) for larger rims is what keeps the overall diameter of the wheel & tire the same -- so then it won't screw up handling, speedo, etc. Check out this site to see how the tires compare:

Also, Eibach already did all the math to lower your car properly.

They lower it enough without compromising the ride. I would go with the Pro-series (kit, springs, whatever you choose) if you are driving in town at all. I have heard the Sport-series is almost too low and you can bottom out (tire hits the fenderwell) in deep holes.
