Running into some problems here, I have custom rims.

From americanmuscle.com, I'm looking for some tires that will work all season right now, and according to the best fit they say its.
255/45-18

I live in canada so after some digging around I found the best tire prices for my area here.

Now my question is, the size of these tires matches those they say the rim needs, and only hang up is they are a light truck/suv tire, what exactly does that mean? will they still work? for my area they are a killer deal and the stats seem awsome.

They look fine......correct size......good speed rating (V 210mph+).........they are classified as truck/suv tires because of their load rating....they have very strong sidewalls......

They should be great. I would get them.

Aside from a dedicated snow tire in Canada, my choice would be
Goodyears F1 All season





Or if price is a factor, the new Goodyear Eagle GT
