Default Rusty brake line removel

Rusty Brake lines

To remove rusty brake lines from wheel cylinders. Use vise-grips
And apply enough clamping force to each flat on fitting. You clamp
on opposing flats then unclamp and rotate to next opposing flats.
And to the next.
This dislodges the threads from the cylinder and allows you to
Turn the fitting out when you clamp on last flat. Do this with vise-grips.
This also works well on any line fittings rusty or not.

I hope I am in the right place to post this. Also hope this helps some one.

Using vice grips on brake lines isn't a good idea. The vice grips can damage the fittens and the line. The best way is to spray the fittings with WD 40 or penetrating oil and let it sit. They will start to remove the rust and help break the fittings loose. Then use line wrenches to loosen and tighten the lines.
