Default Correct Socket Size and Recomendation

Guy's,

I have Premium 18 inch Chrome wheels on my 2008 GT. Time to rotate the tires. Looking for info on:

1. What is the correct size socket to use on the chrome lug nuts?

2. Can anyone recommend a place on the web I can buy that single socket which also protects the lug nut and wheel from being scratched during removal?

I have seen a few protective socket sets but I was wondering if anyone knows where I can just get the one protective socket I need.

Thanks in advance!
