I'm looking to get these wheels for my Cobra, but have a few questions. I currently have a set of polished Cobra R's on that I'm tired of. They are 17x9, with a +23mm offset. Tires are 255/45/17. These are the rims I'm looking to get now

I emailed them and they said that the offset of these is +28mm. How much difference is there from the ones I currently have on? Reason I ask is I'm trying to get the rims/tires to be as flush with the fender well as possible. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks
