What is the largest rim I can put on my 2006 Mustang?

I am wondering what is the largest rim I can put on my 2006 Mustang (6 cyl). Currently, I have 18" rims on it in the summer, but would like to upgrade to the largest possible without having to make any modifications. Thanks in advance for your help!

im not sure about how big or a rim you can go but in the back you can pretty much put as wide as you want. in the front the biggest you can really get away with is a 9.5

i think u could go up to 22, but i would stay with 20, that's what i want for mine.

There is one guy on another forum that has 22's on his S197 but I would not recommend it, I think he had to do some modifications to get it to fit. You can get 20's fairly easily on there. burnrubber4.0 has 20s and has the car lowered. You could ask him for his thoughts.

I have 20x9 front 20x10 rear with 1.5'' progressive springs. I wouldnt go any bigger.

no problems with my 20's. not too gawdy but theyre definitely there. also lowering your car after you get some wheels really sets the look off. i went with the eibach pro kit. couldnt be more happy.

kn0x' ill have to look, ive been through too many sets on our semi's this farm season, these im not sure, lol i got the cheapest but best for my $ at the time.
