You will not believe this but I just picked up a SAAB 9000 turbo for $300. The motor still runs and the tranny still shifts. It has a blown head gasket so it doesn't run great. I bought it for the front mount intercooler and blowoff valve. I did a little research and found out the rims are the same bolt pattern (4x108) I test fit one on the front of the GT, it fits and clears! The rims are 16x7 w/ just an inch or so more backspacing than the stock GT rim. There are new 16" tires on the front and the back tires are in good streetable condition. The GT is silver and the SAAB rim center is silver as well, almost a perfect match. This is going to be sweet! There are several interior components that I am sure I can put to use as well. Front and rear seats for one. the center console and maybe even the gauge pod with a little massaging. Will post pics as progress is made.screenshot.
