 Please help me identify SVT rims!
I'm a long time lurker, but figured I'd join and get involved in the community with my first post...
I was in a U-Auto-Pull-It salvage yard getting some Honda Accord body parts (got the car for free for doing a fuel pump swap in an Explorer!) and a wrecked 95 V-6 Mustang came in on loaded on a forklift with SVT rims. I immediately scored the rims for $125, but now I can't figure out what they originally came off of.
The rims are labelled XR33 1007 EE, F081 17X8J30, 02 12 99 2AB, NT 021699 L. They do say USA FORD RU on the very first line, so I know they aren't aftermarket wheels. They are 17 x 9 inches and 5 lug. Check the pics and let me know if you recognize them!
They will go on either my 92' 5.0 Convertible or my 68' 393W Mustang coupe. I haven't done the 5 lug conversion on my 92' yet, but once the weather in Shreveport gets consistently better, my 12 year old son will learn more than he ever wanted to know about brakes and suspension when we start the project! |
