Question what PSI should i run my tires at?

Hey Guys:

Okay heres the deal. Ive got a 88 5.0 LX Mustang, with the stock suspension. Ive also got 2003 Cobra rims wrapped in 235/45ZR17 Lexani tires. Right now the tires are at 35 PSI and it rides like a brick. Should i lower the PSI? Im scared if I lower it to much that when I hit a bump I might bend the rims.

Also when im driving around 60-70mph, it vibrates badly. The wheels and tires are brand new, so i know theres no damage to either, should i rebalance them?

32 psi is ideal. Your tires should have a rim guard on them.

32psi is the average pressure for most vehicles so thats a good starting point.

Make sure the rims and tires are balanced correctly as that will lead to a high speed shake.
