Default 1966 Mustang 4x4.5 new wheels and tire size

Has anyone put on a new set of wheels for the 1966 mustang 6cyl, with the 4x4.5 lug pattern 4 inch backspace and not having to modify anything and will moving up to 15x7 tires going to fit in the wheel well. This subject has probably been talked to death but it is confusing to me.

Default website to find classic mustang rims that fit

After alot of searching the net I really only found a few possible rims for my 1966 mustang coupe 200 6 cyl. Then I stumbled upon the this website for rims and tires, you can enter the exact rim details you need and search, or you can enter your car data and the site will find all the rims they have that will fit your car, and they are inexpensive as well. I was having the same issues you were, with the same type vehicle. Did you end up buying from them? Was it a good experience? Do you have any pics?

Thanks

I went with 215/65/r14 on the front and 235/65/r14 on the back, and Cragar SS 330 rims. That tire size fits the wheel well so incredibly well, they fill in the space so perfectly, and with the rims it really looks bad ass (in my opinion).

They look VERY nice! Where did you get those rims? They don't have any on that website.

Thanks!

I found them on my local Kijiji site, but search ebay. www.performanceplustire.com has them or www.summitracing.com
