What are the pros and cons of getting wheels that will allow me to put after-market hubcaps on the Mustang.

In Arizona, the ambient dust, brake dust and sand make keeping wheels clean almost impossible. So enclosed wheels with either capped center-spoke wheels or add-on hubcaps is pretty much a given.

I like the sleek, flush look of enclosed wheels.

Couple of thoughts - Magnum 500's are fairly enclosed wheels and might be easy to clean. If you have the factory steel wheels, why not a set of smoothies or baby moons? You could also do a Torq Thrust type, with smaller spokes that might be easier to clean.
