Default Wheel spacer torque specs?

I'm planing to install four 1" wheel spacers on my 18" Fan blade wheels,b/c I need callipers clearance & hopefully good looks!..well until I find new rims..could some one tell me what's the recommended torque specs for the wheel spacers?.

I actually torqued mine @ 120. I put a drop of blue loc-tite so make sure they wouldn't back off. Normally, (and I say that as a ?), blue loc-tite will break loose with some muscle behind it if you decide to remove the spacer. I wouldn't use any other type for this.
