What pc suggested is what I would suggest as well.
But I am a little biased of course

Also maybe step up the size to 255/45/18
Rebates just ended Saturday. New rebate program starts next month if you can hold out. 50-100 rebate on the set.

Default this are the best tires i ever had

Hello my friend i dont know how much money do you want to spend in tires someboby say there buy eagles.. mmm..(i can't) i saw also buy khumo (i dont want that noise in my car) i;m not saying they are bad but i know people who tried them and i dont like extremes so i look for quality at a good price .
The best tires i ever had in my mustang were the SUMITOMO HTR-Z II they have now a new one HTR-Z III ,if u are looking for all season there is the HTR + the tread wear rating is 360 and are AA A rated which means AA best traction and best at brake in wet pavement and A best temperature resistance the speed rate is Z W (more than 149 mph) plus thEy are M + S for mud and snow
ok I'm not trying to sell you this tires but share what I found out mines were 245 40 18 and 255 45 on rear, now I have NANKANG 245 45 18 cheapers but better than khumo i drove my car from Florida to Ontario no problems not noise at all www.sumitomotire.com/theline/ hope it helps .excuse my english.

I haven't noticed any noise with my new Eagles.

and whatever ones you decide to go with, I would suggest getting them from these folks
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/home.do?

They will price match anything and I have come to find they are cheaper than others...FREE SHIPPING and its like at your doorstep lightning fast!!

After ordering 23 tires over the years I don't go anywhere else

I run Falkens on all my stuff.

I have run Kumho's, Eagles, Yokohama's, Hankook, Falken and Riken over the past several years. My favorite for performance goes to the Yokohama's. The negative is that they are expensive and wear pretty fast and also considered a summer tire. The Falken's would be my second best pick due to price, quality and longevity. I personally don't care for the Eagles, the other brands I have run all did well in all weather situations aside the Rikens, you really have to get to know them in the rain.
