Default Offset and backspacing for 18x9 and 18x10 wheels

I'm gonna be buying some black chrome fr500's shortly and need to know which combo would work best. The car is lowered with eibach pro springs. I was thinking about 245/35 and 285/35 nitto nt05. Everything sound good with that?
