Clearance issue for wide wheels

Default Clearance issue for wide wheels
ok so i have an 02 v6 convertible. i just bought new bullit wheels for the car and was wondering if anyone knew if i would have any clearance issues with them. the fronts are 17x9 with 245/45/17s and the backs are 17x10.5 with 315/35/17s. i dont have the tires yet, but they will be in by the end of the week, shouldi have anything to worry about with the clearance issues?
