Looking for STEEL WHEELS (+ offset) for S197

I am looking for a steel wheel that is affordable (one that I don't really care about getting scratched up). I prefer 17" or 18" wheels, 8"+ width. I need them to be the correct offset, backspacing and bolt pattern also.

OFFSET= 30mm (9" width)
BACKSPACING= ?
BOLT PATTERN= 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm)

Anyone use something like these? Or know where I can get them?

Backspacing needs to be around 6".
