I was looking into getting some Baer rotors. The only thing that bothers me is stress cracking. Anyone have c/d rotors and have you had any problems?

I used to have Brembo cross drilled rotors in the front. They were very good, never had any problems. I have slotted now though as my only problem is that the drilled ones like to get brake dust in the holes. I have tried both, and I like the slotted ones better.

I've used the slotted/crossdrilled for years now with no problems of them cracking. The holes are or should be chamfered to prevent stress cracks. Baer is a great product.

Not sure how they will hold up in actual road racing, but daily aggressive driving they will be fine.
I used my cheaper version, the rotorpros on a track day, ya, not a good idea, lol. all cracked up.

i have 4 wheel d/s rotors i have had no issues at all with them. like stoenr said, make sure to go with a good brand though to avoid poor performance.
