So the current
tires (continental contitouring) on my '95
stang are quickly coming to the end of their life and I've been trying to decide on a decent set of all season tires to throw on to replace them. I'd like something that can handle wet weather and maybe even a little snow/ice (if possibe...)
The stock tire is quoted at 225/55/16 but I found out that I can up it to 245/50/16 on the same rims (any idea what this might do to my milage tho?). I've had some issues in the past with traction so I figure a little bit more rubber on the road might help to negate this issue.
So basically the bottom line is my budget is about $350 (yea I know, kinda low...) for a set of 4 (not including having them mounted) and really the only ones that I can get for this price are:
Primewell Pz900's from Firestone@$60 each (anyone ever tried these?)
