Default 255/35/20 on 10in wheel?

I have a set of bss 338 gray center wheels, 20x10's for the rear. I'm afraid that the 255 tire on that wide of a rim will look like a rubberband stretched on it. Like when ricers put huge wheels with skinny little low-pro tires. I know a wider tire would look great, but that's just not in the cards right now. Any thoughts?
