Hello, I have a 2010 GT with the optional 19" wheels. I need new tires and would like something with a lower profile without having to change the wheels. Currently I have the factory 245 45 19 Pirellis, but I am wondering if 245 35 19 would look goofy? Any thoughts or photos? Thanks.
Your factory tires have an outside diameter of 27.7". If you were to switch to a 245/35/19 that figure would dive down to 25.7" and look a bit undersized on the Mustang. If a lower profile tire is your objective, a 245/40/19 or even a 255/40/19 would be more fitting.
